بررسي انتقادي كتاب آموزشي «تعليم اللغة العربية» ويژه دانشجويان رشته حقوق

Critical Review of "Talimol Loghatol Arabia" (Teaching Arabic Lexis) as a Textbook for Students of Law

از مهمترين چالش هاي آموزش زبان عربي در ايران، آموزش آن با اهداف خاص مي باشد. تعليم اللغة العربية اثر مشترك دكتر فرامرز ميرزايي و دكتر علي نظري، كتابي است كه به منظور آموزش زبان عربي به دانشجويان رشته حقوق تدوين شده است. ارتباط تنگاتنگ برخي حوزه هاي رشته حقوق با زبان عربي و نبود كتاب هاي آموزشي متنوع در اين حوزه، ضرورت تاليف چنين آثاري را دو چندان ساخته است. در اين مقاله دو بعد شكلي و محتوايي اثر مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در خصوص بعد شكلي به طرح جلد، حروفنگاري، صفحه آرايي، صحافي، علايم نگارشي، و اشتباهات تايپي پرداخته مي شود. محور بررسي محتوايي نيز تناسب عنوان و محتوا، نظم منطقي فصول و مباحث آن، نقد محتواي علمي، رسايي و رواني اثر و ارجاع دهي مي باشد. امتيازات اصلي كتاب به تدوين نمونه ها و تمرين هاي فراوان فقهي، و تا حدودي به چيدمان جديد اثر باز مي گردد. اما از طرف ديگر وجود كاستي هاي شكلي و محتوايي مي طلبد كه نويسندگان در چاپ هاي بعدي به برطرف كردن آن اهتمام ورزند.

One of the main challenges in the Iranian educational system is teaching Arabic for specific purposes. “Talimol Loghatol Arabia” coauthored by Dr Faramarz Mirzaeei and Dr Ali Nazari is a textbook developed for teaching Arabic to students of law. The close interconnection of some areas of the field of law with Arabic language and lack of diversity of textbooks in this area, has doubled the need for writing such works. In this article, form and content of the book have been examined. Regarding the formal dimension, book cover, letter writing, layout, binding, punctuations and typographical errors were analyzed. Analysis of the content revolved around congruence of contents and topics, logical order of the chapters and their discussed issues, critique of the scientific contents, adequacy and fluency of the script and analysis of the referencing system. The prominent aspects of the book were development of plenty of legal examples and practices and partly its new arrangement. Yet, there were shortcomings in forms and contents that demanded for the authors’ efforts to resolve them in the next editions of the book.
