نقد رويكرد متعارف برنامه هاي درسي رشته علوم اقتصادي در كشور و طراحي دوره كارشناسي ارشد اقتصاد مقاومتي

Criticizing the conventional approach to economic curriculum in the country and designing the master degree program of Moqawama economy

ايجاد دوره رسمي آموزشي - پژوهشي كاربردي مبتني بر روش شناسي طراحي يك برنامه درسي كارآمد، از ملزومات تحقق عملي اقتصاد مقاومتي در مجامع علمي و دانشگاهي است. اين مقاله درصدد است تا با نقد رويكرد متعارف برنامه درسي رشته علوم اقتصادي در كشور، به بيان اصول و روش هاي برنامه ريزي درسي و طراحي يك برنامه درسي در مقطع كارشناسي ارشد اقتصاد مقاومتي بپردازد تا دو خلأ را پوشش دهد كه عبارتند از: الف) ارائه فرآيند طراحي روشمند اهداف و محتواي آموزشي با رويكرد صحيح و نوين و مبتني بر مقتضيات و نيازهاي كشور؛ ب) نمونه پژوهي اين فرآيند با طراحي برنامه آموزشي رسمي مقطع كارشناسي ارشد با عنوان «اقتصاد مقاومتي». روش جمع آوري داده ها و اطلاعات در اين پژوهش روش تركيبي بوده و از مستندات كتابخانه اي و مصاحبه استفاده شده است. در اين مسير از ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات منابع رايانه اي از قبيل جستجوي پيشرفته اينترنتي منابع استفاده شده و از روش هاي ارجاع فرآيندي پژوهش همچون مصاحبه و طوفان مغزي نخبگان، جهت اعتبار بخشي پژوهش بهره گيري شده است. بررسي نيازسنجي آموزشي، ارائه جدول «هدف-محتوا» و طراحي سرفصل هاي دروس، از نتايج پژوهش مذكور است.

Creating a applicable formal training course based on efficient curriculum methodology is a practical requirement to realize the Moqawama economy in scientific and academic communities. This article is discoursed by criticizing the conventional approach to economic curriculum in I.R.I, and then it is proceeded by defining the principles and the curriculum methods and designing a curriculum in master degree for Moqawama economy to cover two vacancies: A: to provide a systematic design process of goals and educational contents with the right and new approaches based on the demands and needs of the country, B: to show a case study of this process by designing official curriculum of master degree program with the title of «Moqawama Economy». Method of collecting datum and information is combined in this research and documents of libraries and interviews are used. In this research, collecting internet resources such as advanced searching of resources have been done and also referring research methods such as interview and brain storm genius are used for authority of research. training Needs assessment survey, table of "goal- content" and designing the course topics, are the results of this study
