بررسي و نقد «فرهنگ يك‌ جلدي فارسي به ژاپني و ژاپني به فارسي معاصر»

A Review of “Modern Persian-Japanese and Japanese-Persian Bilingual Dictionary”

مقاله حاضر مي‌ كوشد «فرهنگ يك ‌جلدي فارسي به ژاپني و ژاپني به فارسي معاصر» تأليف تسونه ‌ئو كوروياناگي (Tsuneo Kuroyanagi) را معرفي و توصيف نمايد و شكل و محتواي آن ‌را با معيارهاي فرهنگ ‌نگاري نوين بسنجد و محاسن و معايب آن را آشكار سازد. اين فرهنگ، چكيده كليه آثار پيشين مؤلف در حوزه فرهنگ ‌نگاري است و در هر دو كشور ايران و ژاپن در غياب فرهنگ لغت دوزبانه قابل اعتناي ديگري، مورد استفاده گسترده دانشجويان، پژوهش ‌گران و مترجمان قرار مي ‌گيرد. همان‌ گونه كه در پيشگفتار اثر آمده است، مخاطبان اين فرهنگ در وهله اول دانشجويان و علاقمندان زبان فارسي در ژاپن هستند و طبعاً اين فرهنگ با توجه به نيازهاي آنان تأليف گشته است و به همين دليل نيز استفاده از آن براي دانشجويان زبان ژاپني در ايران دشواري ‌هايي به همراه دارد، اما از آن‌ جا كه مؤلف طبق ادعاي خود در ابتداي بخش دوم اين فرهنگ، به استفاده دانشجويان ايراني از اين فرهنگ نيز گوشه چشمي دارد، مقاله حاضر به طور خاص با محور قرار دادن نيازهاي دانشجويان زبان ژاپني در ايران به نقد و بررسي اين فرهنگ مي ‌پردازد.

The present article attempts to introduce and review Modern Persian-Japanese and Japanese-Persian Bilingual Dictionary by Tsuneo Kuroyanagi, and to evaluate it according to modern lexicographical criteria. This dictionary is a compact version of author’s previous bilingual dictionaries, and is widely used among students, researchers and translators in both Iran and Japan in the absence of any notable alternative. As the author states in the preface, the learners of Persian language in Japan are supposed to be the main users of this dictionary. Consequently the book is designed to meet the needs of this particular group, and its users in Iran face some difficulties when referring to it. However, in the introduction of Japanese-Persian part, the author expresses his expectation that his book will also be used by Japanese learners in Iran. In this review paper, we will mainly concentrate on the needs of Iranian students of Japanese language, and evaluate both form and content of this dictionary from their point of view.
