راهبرد تهديدات نرم دشمن و تاثير آن بر استحاله فرهنگي (با تاكيد بر رهنمودهاي مقام معظم رهبري)

The Strategy of the Enemyיs Soft Threats and its Impact on Cultural Transformation(An Emphasis on Supreme Leaderיs Guidelines)

استحاله فرهنگي بعنوان يكي از نشانه هاي افول اهداف راهبردي كشورها و واحدهاي سياسي محسوب مي-شود. هر كشوري كه در معرض قدرت و كنش معطوف به امنيت سازي قرار گيرد، نيازمند بهينه سازي موقعيت خود از طريق گفتمان هاي فرهنگي، اجتماعي، سياسي و امنيتي است. دشمن همواره در تلاش است براي بسط و گسترش تهديد خود در گام اول بر جوامع هدف و در درجه بعد بر تمام جهان دست پيدا كند و با سود جستن از فناوري برتر و قدرت ارتباطي و رسانه اي خود، سياست هاي استعماري نويني را به مرحله اجرا بگذارد. در دهه هاي اخير مقام معظم رهبري بارها به مسيله تهديدات نرم دشمن اشاره فرمودند، ايشان هدف دشمن از تهديد نرم در كشور را كه عده اي آن را باور نداشتند و هنوز هم باور ندارند، فرهنگ و اخلاق اسلامي مي دانند و معتقدند كه دشمن مي خواهد هرآنچه خود بپسندد به افكار و عقايد ملت ما منتقل كند. دشمن از راه اشاعه فرهنگ غلط- فرهنگ فساد و فحشا سعي مي كند جوان هاي ما را از ما بگيرد، كاري كه دشمن از لحاظ فرهنگي مي كند يك "تهاجم فرهنگي" بلكه بايد گفت يك "شبيخون فرهنگي" يك "غارت فرهنگي" و يك "قتل عام فرهنگي" است. نوشتار حاضر با هدف تبيين راهبرد تهديد نرم دشمن (جنگ نرم و نفوذ) و چگونگي تاثير آن بر استحاله نمودن فرهنگ كشور در انديشه مقام معظم رهبري به روش اسنادي-توصيفي و تحليلي به استناد سخنراني هاي ايشان در دهه هاي اخير انجام شده است.

Cultural transformation is considered as one of the signs of the countries and political parties’ failed strategic goals. Any country, exposed to the power and security-focused action, needs to optimize its position through cultural, social, political, and security discourses. The enemy always strives to expand its threat on target societies in the first step and on the whole world in the second. By taking advantages from their superior technology as well as communication and media power, the enemy implements the new colonial policies. In recent decades, the Supreme Leader has repeatedly referred to the enemy’s soft threats. He has declared that the Islamic culture and ethics are the goals of the enemy by the soft threat in the country which some did not believe and still do not believe, moreover, he believes that the enemy wants to transfer their tendencies to the thoughts and beliefs of our nation. Through expanding the wrong culture and the culture of corruption and prostitution, the enemy seeks to take our youth from us. The cultural activities of the enemy not only is a kind of "cultural invasion," but one must say that a "cultural depredation" and a "cultural mass murder". The present study aims to explain the enemy’s soft threat strategy and the way it affects the transformation of the countryʹs culture through documentary-descriptive and analytical method focusing on the thought of the Supreme Leader based on his lectures delivered in recent decades.
