رويكردي فقه‌الحديثي بر زيارت جامعة كبيره با تأكيد بر تبيين جايگاه اهل بيت(ع)

A Jurisprudent Approach to Ziarat Jamea Kabira with an Emphasis on Determining the Place of Ahlolbait (pbut)

«زيارت جامعة كبيره» چكيده‌اي از مهم‌ترين متون در راستاي امام‌شناسي مي‌باشد كه امام هادي(ع) به رهپويان امامت و سالكان طريق ولايت آموخته‌است. اين زيارت، مضامين عالي و معارف بلند ديني در راستاي معرفت به وجود ائمة هدي(ع) مي‌باشد كه مقام‌ها و فضائلي والا براي ايشان بيان فرموده‌است. ائمه(ع) قابليت‌ها و كمالاتي دارند كه خداوند به آن‌ها عنايت فرموده‌است، به‌گونه‌اي كه اين قابليت‌ها آن بزرگواران را واسطة فيض الهي و دوام و بقاء آفرينش قرار داده‌است. جستار پيش رو با رويكردي فقه‌الحديثي به بررسي محتواي زيارت جامعه كبيره پرداخته‌است و در اين ميان، دو جنبة اين زيارت تحليل و بررسي شده‌است. اول اينكه معارف اين زيارت به لحاظ فقه‌الحديثي در معناي نقد متن روايات، نه تنها معارض با قرآن و سنت قطعي نمي‌باشد، بلكه اين دو منبع مهم دين آن را تأييد مي‌نمايند، از جنبة ديگر فقه‌الحديثي در معناي فهم مراد احاديث معصومين(ع) با نگرشي قرآني و روايي به بررسي محتواي زيارت جامعة كبيره مي‌پردازد و در اين باب، جايگاه اهل بيت(ع) را در ابعاد مختلف تبيين مي‌نمايد. نتيجه آنكه بررسي جايگاه ائمه(ع) با رويكرد قرآني ـ روايي استحقاق امامان(ع) به عنوان جانشينان برحق پيامبر اكرم(ص) را اثبات مي‌كند.

Ziarat Jamea Kabira is an abstract of the most important texts related to Imamology which Imam Hadi (pbuh) taught to the wayfarers of Imamate and leadership. This Ziarat, having some valuable topics and high theological knowledge, helps us get to know the Infallibles (pbut). It also mentions high dignity and virtues for them. The Infallibles (pbut) have capabilities which God bestowed on them, in a way that these capabilities have made them the medium of divine grace and the stability of creation. The study, using a jurisprudent approach, reviews the texts of Ziarat Jamea Kabira from two aspects: first, the knowledge of this Ziarat in terms of jurisprudence, which tries to review the texts of tradition, is not only in line with the absolute tradition and Quran, but also it is validated by these two sources of religion. From another aspect, jurisprudence, meaning understanding the meaning of the hadiths of the Infallibles (pbut), using a Quranic stance, tries to review the texts of Ziarat Jamea Kabira and determines the place of the Infallibles(pbut) in different aspects. In conclusion, looking at the place of the Infallibles (pbut) with a Quranic-narrative approach confirms the absolute right of the Imams (pbut) as the right successors of the holy prophet (pbuh).
