A critical Approach to Hadith-centeredness in the Qur’anic Viewpoints of Nāsir al-Dīn al-Bānī

قرآن‌پژوهي يكي از ديرينه‌ترين حوزه‌هاي پژوهشي در اسلام است. انديشمندان با گرايش‌هاي خاص خود به واكاوي قرآن پرداخته‌اند. تحليل مباني انديشمندان جهت ارائه درك صحيح مواضع ايشان، ضروري و راهگشا خواهد بود. در اين ميان، رويكرد حديث‌محوري به مفاهيم قرآني نيز قدمت زيادي دارد. الباني از محدثان معاصر با همين رويكرد سراغ قرآن رفته و آثاري از خود بر جاي گذاشته است. مباني ايشان عبارت‌اند از: عدم جواز كمترين ترجيح آيات بر روايات، تبيين قرآن توسط سنت به‌معناي سيطره سنت، عدم جواز تفكيك عقايد از احكام و لزوم تبعيت از فهم سلف صالح. ايراداتي بر مباني الباني وارد است، از جمله: وجود تفاوت و تمايز در بين آيات، ضعف استدلال، تعميم جزء به كل و تناقض‌گويي. اين مقاله در صدد واكاوي حديث‌محوري در آثار الباني كه بر فهم قرآن اثر سوء گذاشته، مي‌باشد. روش پژوهشي در اين تحقيق، كيفي از نوع توصيفي ـ تحليلي است.

Quranic studies is one of the oldest fields of research in Islam. Different scholars have explored the Holy Qur’an from their particular approaches. Examining the scholars’ basic principles is a necessary and facilitating factor to correctly understand their stance. Meanwhile, hadith-centered approach to the Holy Qur’an has a long history. Al-Bānī, a contemporary hadith scholar, has adopted this approach to deal with the Holy Qur’an and has provided some writings. Some of his principles are as follows: impermissibility of the least preference of verses over hadiths; interpreting the Holy Qur’an by Sunna resulting in the supremacy of Sunna; inseparability of beliefs and rulings, and the necessity of following the understanding of the early pious Muslims. Al-Bānī’s principles have faced some objections like: existence of differentiation and discrimination among verses; weak arguments; generalizing part to the whole; and self-defeating statements. The paper is to explore hadith-centeredness in al-Bānī’s works, which has resulted in misunderstanding the Holy Qur’an. The research is conducted in the descriptive-analytical method.
