مقالۀ پيش رو با اشاره به تعريفي از موسيقي، اهميت و جايگاه رسانۀ موسيقي را در فضاي نوين رسانهاي كه در آن رسانههاي نوين به‌ويژه رسانههاي تحت وب جايگاه ويژهاي يافتهاند و شبكههاي تلويزيوني ماهوارهاي، به‌ويژه تلويزيونهاي فارسي‌زبان گسترش زيادي يافتهاند، تببين ميكند. برخي از مهم‌ترين بازيگراني كه در اين عرصه در كشورمان تأثيرگذارند و فعاليت آن‌ها به‌ويژه در دهۀ اخير بر توليدات موسيقيايي و فضاي موسيقي و نيز چگونگي توجه مخاطبان جوان به موسيقي مؤثر بوده‌است، معرفي و نقش هر يك از آن‌ها و جايگاه آن‌ها از دهۀ 1380 تا امروز تحليل و ارزيابي شده‌است. از مهم‌ترين نقش‌آفرينان در اين عرصه، شبكههاي تلويزيوني ماهوارهاي فارسي‌زبان هستند كه تمركز عمدۀ اين مقاله بر آن‌هاست. از اين رو برجسته‌ترين برنامه‌هاي اين شبكهها كه بر موسيقي متمركزند و در سالهاي اخير مورد توجه بسياري از مخاطبان قرار گرفته‌اند، تحليل و ارزيابي ميشوند. در پايان برخي راهكارها و پيشنهادهايي براي سياست‌گذاران و مديران فرهنگي ارائه شدهاند
چكيده لاتين :
This paper gives a definition of music and explains the importance and status of music as a medium in the new media atmosphere where new media especially web based media have gained special status and satellite TV channels especially Persian language ones have expanded considerably. Some of the most important players-- who have been effective in this field in the country and whose activities have influenced music production and atmosphere and who have affected the way the young audience pays attention to music especially in the recent decade - will be introduced and their role and status will be analysed and evaluated since 2001 until now. Among the most important players in this field are the Persian language satellite TV channels/networks on which this paper focuses mainly. Therefore, the most prominent programs of these networks, which are focussed on music and have been paid attention to greatly by the audience in recent years, will be analysed and evaluated. In conclusion some proposals are offered to policy makers and cultural administrators
