رضايت از پليس و بررسي نقش عوامل مرتبط با آن در ميان دانشجويان دانشگاه هاي شهر اصفهان

Satisfaction of police and its related factors among university students in Isfahan

زمينه و هدف: پليس براي تأمين اهداف و انجام بهتر مأموريت هاي خود در تأمين امنيت و برقراري نظم، با توجه به شرايط پيچيدۀ محيط، ناگزير به بازبيني شناخت خود از فضاي اجتماعي و رواني مردم و انتظارات آن ها از نيروي پليس است تا نيرو و سازماني كارآمدتر به وجود آورد و در تأمين نظم و امنيت جامعه، موفق تر از گذشته عمل كند. براي سازماني همانند پليس، رضايتمندي از پليس اهميت زيادي دارد، زيرا از يك طرف ذهنيت و نگرش مطلوب افراد نسبت به پليس به مشروعيت سازمان و اقدامات ناجا منجر مي شود و از طرف ديگر، جلب حمايت هاي مردمي، جذب منابع براي پليس را امكان پذير مي‌كند. بنابراين در اين مطالعه تلاش شد تا به بررسي تأثير مؤلفه هاي ترس از جرم، قرباني جرم شدن، ارتباط با پليس، رسانه ها و كيفيت ادراك شده از زندگي بر رضايتمندي از پليس پرداخته شود. روش شناسي: به منظور اجراي اين تحقيق از راهبرد پيمايشي- تحليلي استفاده شده است. داده هاي اخذ شده از ميان 558 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه هاي دولتي و غيردولتي شهر اصفهان با استفاده از پرسشنامه و روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي مبناي تحليل قرار گرفت. از آزمون هاي همبستگي، رگرسيون و تحليل واريانس يك عاملي براي بررسي فرضيات و مقايسه ميزان رضايتمندي دانشجويان در دو طبقه دولتي و غيردولتي استفاده شده است. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج حاصله نشان داد كه تمامي روابط مستقيم بين متغيرهاي مدل مفهومي تحقيق معنادار بوده اند. همچنين، مشخص گرديد كه رضايتمندي دانشجويان دانشگاه هاي دولتي از پليس بيش از دانشجويان دانشگاه هاي غيردولتي است.

Background: Police to meet its goals and successfully implement mission in security and maintain order, had to revise their understanding of the social environment, the psychological space and expectations of the police to make appropriate and effective organizational force and to create a new situation for the provide better of public security and order. For an organization like the police, satisfaction of police is importance. Because of the subjectivity and a favorable attitude toward police leads to legitimacy and police actions. On the other hand, building popular support, made possible resources for police. Therefore, this study has attempted to examine the factors fear of crime, victims of crime, and contact with the police, the media and the quality of life on satisfaction of police. Methodology: The data obtained by distribution questionnaires among 558 students of governmental and non-governmental universities of Isfahan city and were analyzed based on a stratified sampling method. Hence were used of the correlation, regression test and analysis of factor variance by statistical software SPSS to test hypothesis and compare students' satisfaction on two floors of governmental and nongovernmental universities students. Findings: Hypothesis test results showed that all direct relationships between variables of conceptual model are significant. It also became clear that governmental universities students satisfaction with the police more than non-governmental university students.
