چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: جرم يك پديده نامناسب اجتماعي است كه پيامدهاي منفي اقتصادي و اجتماعي زيادي به همراه دارد. براي كنترل جرم در كشور، شناسايي ريشه‌هاي وقوع جرم از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. آمار نشان ميدهد عوامل مهمي در بروز جرم نقش دارند كه يكي از مهمترين آنها، عوامل محيطي است. عوامل محيطي، زمينه ساز انواع مختلفي از جرايم مي باشد كه يكي از مهمترين آنها جرم سرقت مي باشد. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق، بررسي و شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر سرقت در شهر كرمان در سال 1395 مي باشد كه در چهار منطقه بررسي شده است.
روششناسي: اين پژوهش، از نوع مطالعات تحليلي- توصيفي و در جمعآوري اطلاعات از روشهاي كتابخانهاي، اسنادي (استفاده از اسناد، اطلاعات و آمار دستگاهها و سازمانها) و پيمايشي استفاده شده است و تهيه نقشه و تجزيه تحليل اطلاعات نيز با استفاده از نرم افزار GIS انجام شده است.
يافتهها: دلايل اصلي سرقت در شهر كرمان؛ بيكاري، فقدان يا كمبود مراقبتهاي پليسي، موقعيت مكاني، بافت كالبدي- محيطي و عامل زمان ميباشد.
نتايج: با تحليلهاي فضايي بهدست آمده در پژوهش حاضر مشخص شد كه جرم سرقت بيشتر در حواشي كرمان اتفاق ميافتد. البته در بعضي از مناطق مركزي و بافت قديم نيز به دلايل محيطي-كالبدي، وقوع اين جرم زياد است. بيشترين وقوع جرم سرقت از جمله سرقت خودرو به ترتيب در مناطق چهار، يك ، سه و دو اتفاق افتاده است.

Background and aim: Crime is an unsuitable social phenomenon with many negative economic and social consequences. To control crime in the country, identifying the roots of crime is of great importance. The statistics show that there are important factors in the occurrence of the crime, one of the most important of which is environmental factors. Environmental factors are the basis for various types of crimes, one of the most important of which is theft of crime. The main purpose of this research is to investigate and identify the factors affecting theft in Kerman city in 2016, which has been investigated in four regions. Methodology: This research is an analytical-descriptive study and in collecting information, library methods, documents (use of documents, information and statistics of devices and organizations) and surveys have been used and mapping and analyzing information is also done using GIS software.Findings: The main reasons for robbery in Kerman are unemployment, lack of policing control, spatial location, physical-environmental and time-based issue. Results: With the spatial analysis obtained in this study, it was found that the crime of robbery is more likely to occur on the outskirts of Kerman. Of course, in some of the central regions and the old texture, too much of this crime is due to environmental-physical conditions. Most cases of theft, including car theft, occurred in areas four, one, three, and two, respectively.
