مقايسه تطبيقي همايشهاي ملي و بين‌المللي مديريت دانش براي سياستگذاري علمي همايشهاي كشور

A Comparative Study of National and International Conferences on Knowledge Management for Scientific Policymaking of the Country?s Conferences (Text in Persian)

با مقايسۀ كلي همايشهاي ملي و بين‌المللي در زمينۀ مديريت دانش، مي‌توان دريافت، همايشهاي ملي در سطح كشور ايران، برخي از حوزه‌هاي جديد علم مديريت دانش را پوشش نداده و با آن فاصله دارد؛ لذا هدف اصلي پژوهش، ابتدا بررسي و فراتحليل همايشهاي ملي و بين‌المللي مديريت دانش در حوزه‌هاي مختلف و در گام بعد، مقايسه تطبيقي همايشهاي ملي و بين‌المللي به منظور شناسايي شكاف دانشي در اين حوزه است. در راستاي دستيابي به هدف پژوهش با استفاده از روش فراتحليل كيفي، ابتدا همايشهاي ملي ايران در زمينه محورهاي همايش و سال برگزاري مورد فراتحليل قرار گرفت. در مرحلۀ بعد، 18 همايش‌ معتبر بين‌المللي در سال 2018 ميلادي از لحاظ محورهاي همايش، كشور برگزار كننده و نيز ماه برگزاري مورد فراتحليل قرار گرفت. در نهايت بين اين دو دسته از همايشها مقايسه­ تطبيقي صورت گرفت و پيشنهادهاي كاربردي در اين زمينه ارائه شد. با مقايسه موضوعات و محورهاي همايشهاي ملي مديريت دانش در ايران با همايشهاي بين‌المللي در اين حوزه، مشاهده شد مباحثي چون هوشمندي سازمان و استفاده از هوش مصنوعي در سامانه‌هاي پشتيباني از تصميم، شبكه‌ها و رسانه‌هاي اجتماعي، انجمنهاي خبرگي مجازي و حريم خصوصي اطلاعات كمرنگ بوده است. در واقع، محور برگزاري همايشهاي ملي مديريت دانش از برخي بخشهاي نرم مديريت دانش غافل بوده و نيازمند آن است كه اين محورها در برنامه‌ريزي همايشهاي‌ آينده، مورد توجه ويژه قرار گيرد.

A general comparison of the national and international conferences on knowledge management indicates that national conferences have not been able to cover parts of modern fields of knowledge management. Hence، this research is intended to have a meta-analysis of the national and international knowledge management conferences in different areas first، and in the next phase، to compare national and international conferences to identify the gap between these two areas. Given the goals of the research، the researchers employed quantitative meta-analysis method. First، the national conferences in Iran were analyzed in terms of the content of conferences and the time of their holding. In the next phase، 19 significant international conferences held in 2018 were analyzed in terms of the content، the host country، as well as the month of their holding. Eventually، a comparison was held between these two series of conferences and practical suggestions were presented in this regard. Comparison between the issues related to the national knowledge management conferences in Iran and those of international ones indicated that issues related to organizational intelligence and the use of artificial intelligence in decision making support systems، networking، social media، virtual expert communities and privacy of data have declined. In fact، national knowledge management conferences have not discerned some knowledge management software and it is necessary to pay more attention to them in planning of future conferences.
