بازتاب اخلاق حرفه‌اي در كتب درسي رشته پرستاري در دوره كارشناسي

The reflection of professional ethics in undergraduate nursing textbooks

مقدمه: مفهوم اخلاق حرفه‌اي يكي از مهم‌ترين مباحثي است كه در سال‌هاي اخير به شدت مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از طرفي هم اهميت اين مفهوم در حوزه پرستاري اهميتي فوق العاده است و دانشگاه‌ها و مراكز آموزشي بايد بيشتر به اين مفهوم توجه كنند. لذا بر اين اساس؛ اين پژوهش با هدف ميزان توجه به اخلاق حرفه‌اي در كتب تخصصي رشته پرستاري در دوره كارشناسي صورت گرفته است. روش كار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع تحليل محتوا مي‌باشد و بر اساس هدف نيز از نوع كاربردي است. در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به ماهيت موضوع از يكي از فنون تحليل محتوا يعني تحليل مقوله‌اي استفاده‌شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل شش كتاب تخصصي رشته كارشناسي پرستاري است كه در طي دوره كارشناسي توسط استادان براي دروس مختلف به دانشجويان معرفي‌شده است. جهت جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از چك ليست محقق- ساخته استفاده گرديد. اين چك ليست داراي 8 مؤلفه اصلي و 32 مؤلفه فرعي بود. جهت اطمينان از پايا بودن ابزار، ضريب پايايي مصححان محاسبه گرديد كه ميزان آن 0/85 به دست آمد. در اين تحقيق، واحد تجزيه‌وتحليل، جمله بود. يافته‌ها: با توجه به بررسي‌هاي صورت گرفته بر روي شش كتاب تخصصي اين رشته و بررسي جملات هر يك از اين كتاب‌ها، نتايج اين تحقيق حاكي از اين است كه در محتواي اين كتاب‌ها مفهوم اخلاق حرفه‌اي و مؤلفه‌هاي آن در سطح مطلوبي انعكاس پيدا نكرده است. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه علي رغم توسعه گستره مفهومي مباحث مربوط به اخلاق حرفه‌اي در غالب رشته‌هاي تحصيلي، اما در عمل، كتب تخصصي رشته پرستاري توجه چنداني به اين مفهوم نداشته‌اند و به صورت سطحي و گذرا به آن پرداخته‌اند

Introduction: The concept of professional ethics is one of the most important issues which in recent years have been highly regarded. On the other hand this concept is extremely important in the field of nursing so universities and educational institutions should pay attention to this concept. Therefore, this study aimed to the reflection of professional ethics in undergraduate nursing textbooks. Methods: This research is descriptive and the type of content analysis and with respect to the goal is applied research. In the present study due to the nature of the subject, categorical analysis is used. Statistical population consisted of six nursing textbooks that during the period of formal education, introduced by Professors for nursing students. Was used researcher-made check list to collect information. This check list has 8 main components and subcomponent was 32. To ensure the reliability of the check list, William Scott's formula was used. In this study, the unit of analysis was sentence. Results: According to a survey conducted on the six textbooks and the sentences of these books, results showed that the concept of professional ethics and its components are not reflected in an appropriate level. Conclusions: According to the findings of this study can be concluded that despite the growth of the conceptual issues of professional ethics in most fields of study,but in practice, nursing textbooks have paid little attention to this concept and attention is very superficial
