The Approach of Full-time Faculty Members in Clinical Practice: A Qualitative Study

مقدمه: طيف گسترده وظايف هيئت علمي همراه با افزايش كارايي مستلزم حضور تمام وقت و مؤثر مي‌باشد. لذا فعاليت اعضاي هيأت علمي در طرح تحول سلامت بصورت تمام وقت اجرا مي‌گردد. هدف اين مطالعه بررسي رويكرد وعملكرد اعضاي هيئت علمي باليني تمام وقت درفعاليت هاي آموزشي توام باخدمات بهينه درماني به منظورپاسخگويي به نيازهاي مردم باكمترين دغدغه در پرداخت هزينه هادردانشكده پزشكي گرگان مي‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: دراين مطالعه كيفي 17 تن ازاعضاي هيئت علمي باليني تمام وقت درطرح تحول سلامت باروش مبتني برهدف انتخاب شدند. سپس مصاحبه‌هاي عميق، وسيع ونيمه ساختارومتقابل (چهره به چهره) تا اشباع داده‌ها به صورت انفرادي صورت گرفت. متن مصاحبه هاروي كاغذ نگاشته وبا روش ون مانن در چهار مرحله مورد تجزيه وتحليل محتوائي موضوعي قرارگفتندومضمون هاوكدهاي مفهومي (تم) از آن استخراج شدند. يافته‌ها: با استفاده از تحليل دست نوشته‌ها، تعداد قابل توجهي مضمون‌ها يادرون مايه اوليه و سه درون مايه اصلي"تم" كه هر يك چند درون مايه فرعي داشتند، استخراج شد. درون مايه اصلي در سه طبقه، شامل " فوائد و ضرورت تمام وقتي اعضاي هيئت علمي باليني درطرح تحول سلامت يا درون مايه فرعي "، " چالش‌ها يا درون مايه فرعي " و "راهكارها يا درون مايه فرعي" دسته بندي شدند كه اين درون مايه‌هاي اصلي و فرعي با جملاتي از بيانات شركت كنندگان در مطالعه توضيح داده شد. نتيجه‌گيري: به نظر مي‌رسد درتامين عدالت اجتماعي ودسترسي جامعه به خدمات وپاسخگويي بهنگام به نيازهاي مردم با بهره‌مندي بيماران از خدمات بهينه با نرخ ارزان‌تر، مستلزم بسترمناسب زيرساخت‌ها ونظارت كافي وپويامي باشدوضرورت داردباواقعي نمودن تعرفه هاوپرداختي هاي به موقع وراه اندازي كلينيكهاي ويژه بعنوان مطب هويت شغلي آنان حفظ و موجب افزايش رضايت منديشان گردد. وتمهيداتي صورت گيردتاباويزيت بيماران، فرصت آموزش پاسخگو فراهم گردد.

Introduction: The broad spectrum of faculty tasks, combined with increased efficiency, require full-time and effective participation. Therefore, the activities of faculty members in the health promotion plan are implemented on a full-time basis. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the attitude and function of full-time clinical faculty members in educational activities with optimal therapeutic services in order to meet the needs of people with the lowest concern in paying for the medical expenses of medical staff in Gorgan. Methods: In this qualitative study, 17 full-time full-time faculty members were selected in the Health Promotion Plan based on the goal.
