Ideological Solidarity of European Populist Parties with Russia

دولت روسيه جايگاه مهمي نزد احزاب پوپوليست اروپايي دارد و ما در اين مقاله بر آنيم تا نشان دهيم كه همبستگي ايدئولوژيك اين احزاب با روسيه و حاكمان آن دليل اصلي كسب اين جايگاه بوده است. پوپوليسم واژه پيچيده و مناقشه برانگيزي است و تعاريف مختلفي از آن شده كه در اينجا در قالب سه دسته كلي مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است و سرانجام در اين پژوهش به عنوان يك ايدئولوژي رقيق تعريف شده است. احزاب پوپوليست در اروپا قدمتي ديرينه دارند، با اين حال، از اواخر دهه 1980 رشد چشمگيري در سياست داشته اند و نتايج انتخابات داخلي و پارلمان اروپا مويد استقبال از اين احزاب مي باشد. در ادامه مقاله، با توجه به اينكه توجه اين احزاب به روسيه در قالب سياست خارجي آنها قابل تبيين است، تلاش شده تا موضوعات مهم سياست خارجي احزاب پوپوليست راست و چپ اروپا و نقاط افتراق و اشتراك آن ها مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. سرانجام در بخش پاياني، فرضيه مقاله مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و شاخص هاي همبستگي ايدئولوژيك ميان احزاب پوپوليست اروپا و روسيه به تفكيك مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است. همبستگي ايدئولوژيك احزاب پوپوليست راست با حاكمان روسيه شامل ارزش هاي محافظه كارانه اجتماعي، دفاع از حاكميت ملي، تمركز قدرت دولتي و رد بين الملل گرايي و مداخله گرايي ليبرالي است. در احزاب پوپوليست چپ اروپا شامل مخالفت با جهاني شدن، مخالفت با نظام سرمايه داري و پيوند نوستالژيك با اتحاد شوروي است. براي مطالعه موردي درباره ميزان همبستگي اين احزاب با روسيه، بحران اخير اوكراين و ديدگاه هاي اين احزاب در مورد آن تشريح شده است.

Russian government has a crucial position among European populist parties and we are going to show that ideological solidarity between these parties and Russian authorities has been the main cause of gaining this position. Populism is a complicated and disputed word and there are numerous definitions of this word. Here، we mention it in three general categories and we define it as a thin ideology. European populist parties have a long history، however they have had an increasingly growth in political arena and the results of general elections and European parliament confirmed how they welcome by the people in Europe. Since the tendency of these parties to Russia is explained in the context of foreign policy، we try to review the main foreign policy issues of left and right European populist parties and their similarities and differences. Finally the hypothesis of research has been tested and the indexes of ideological solidarity among European populist parties and Russia have been introduced. Ideological solidarity of right populist parties with Russia includes social conservative values، defending national sovereignty، centralization of power and rejection of internationalization and liberal involvement، while، in European left populist parties we can refer to resistance to globalization، rejecting capitalist order and nostalgic linkage between these parties and Russia. The resent Ukrainian crisis is explained as a case study to show the solidarity of European populist parties with Russia.
