مناسبات راهبردي جديد چين و پاكستان و تاثير آن بر نظم منطقه اي جنوب آسيا

New Strategic Relations of Sino-Pakistan and it Impacts on South Asia Region Order

چين و پاكستان در طول نيم قرن گذشته روابط گسترده و استراتژيك با هم داشته اند. سطح بالاي روابط اين دو كشور تا حدي است كه برخي روابط چين و پاكستان را همانند ايالات متحده و اسرائيل دانسته و پاكستان را اسرائيل چين در جنوب آسيا به شمار مي آورند. با اين حال، اين دو كشور سال 2016 را، سال گسترش روابط ديپلماتيك با يكديگر اعلام كردند. اينكه چه عواملي باعث گسترش هرچه بيشتر روابط اين دو كشور در اين سال شده و چه تاثيري در سطح منطقه جنوب آسيا به همراه خواهد گذاشت، سوال اصلي اين نوشتار را شكل مي دهد. اين نوشتار نيز با توجه به گسترش مناسبات اقتصادي (تكميل طرح جاده ابريشم و كريدور اقتصادي اين دو كشور)، گسترش روابط واشنگتن و دهلي نو را مد نظر قرار داده است. همچنين، پيامد اين مناسبات جديد را رويارويي بازيگران مذكور (چين و پاكستان در برابر آمريكا و هند)، بر هم خوردن نظم منطقه اي در جنوب آسيا و رقابت بيشتر بين اين بازيگران مي داند كه جنگ سرد جديدي را در اين منطقه به همراه خواهد داشت.

China-Pakistan relations over the past half-century have been broad and strategic with each other. The high level of relations between the two countries means improved multilateral. That some of experts of China-Pakistan relations consider as the United States and Israel relations and believe Pakistan is china’s Israel in South Asia. However، the two countries since 2016 announced the expansion of diplomatic relations with each other. The main question of this paper is: What causes expand relations between the two countries in recent years and what impacts on the South Asia region? This paper also considers the expansion of economic relations (completion of The Silk Road Corridor economies) of the China-Pakistan deepen and broaden relations between Washington and New Delhi. This research findings is that the new relations between the actors leading to polarization (China and Pakistan against US and India) against each other ،the disorder in South Asia region and competition between the actors، that will bring new Cold War in the region.
