چكيده فارسي :
تقويت پيوندهاي روستايي - شهري مستلزم داشتن روش و الگوي مناسبي از توسعه و توسعة منطقه‌اي است. هر كشوري به دنبال الگوي مطلوب و بومي توسعه است كه با فرهنگ بومي، مباني اعتقادي و شرايط اجتماعي، اقتصادي، جغرافيايي و سياسي خود تطابق داشته باشد؛ ازاين‌رو مسئولان كشور براي ايجاد جامعة مطلوب و استقرار تمدني اسلامي - ايراني، الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت را براي برنامه‌ريزي كشور مطرح كردند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تقويت پيوندهاي روستايي - شهري برمبناي الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت در شهرستان شهرضا، تدوين شده است و درصدد آن است كه با نگاهي نو و رويكردي منطبق بر مباني نظري الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت، الگوي بومي متناسب با شرايط جغرافيايي و مقتضيات اقتصادي، اجتماعي - فرهنگي، اعتقادي، محيطي و كالبدي روستاهاي شهرستان را معرفي كند. پژوهش حاضر، باتوجه‌به هدف، از نوع كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي - تحليلي و پيمايشي است. جامعة آماري پژوهش شامل مسئولان و مديران مرتبط با موضوع در سطح شهرستان است كه به‌دليل حجم كم جامعه، همة جامعة آماري با روش تمام‌شماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار و روش‌هاي گردآوري اطلاعات به‌صورت اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه است. با بهره‌گيري از نرم‌افزار SPSS، داده‌هاي پژوهش، تجزيه و تحليل شدند و براي پاسخ‌گويي به پرسش‌ها و آزمون فرضيات، از آزمون T تك‌نمونه‌اي، آزمون ميانگين نمونة زوجي و آزمون خي‌دو (Chi-Square) استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان دادند كه وضعيت موجود پيوندهاي روستايي - شهري، با تحقق الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت، تغيير خواهد كرد و شرايط مطلوب‌تري به دست خواهد آورد و كاهش فقر و نابرابري‌هاي موجود بين شهر و روستا را موجب مي‌شود. بنابراين، باتوجه‌به اثرپذيري پيوندهاي شهري - روستايي از تحقق الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت و بهبود شرايط وضعيت موجود مي‌توان گفت كه تحقق الگوي اسلامي - ايراني تقويت پيوندهاي روستايي - شهري را در شهرستان شهرضا موجب خواهد شد.
چكيده لاتين :
The Strengthening of rural-urban linkages calls for a proper method and model of development and regional development. Each country pursues to employ appropriate and local patterns of development, that be compatible with its local culture, ideological basics, as well as social, economic, geographical and political conditions. Therefore, in order to create a favorable society and establish an Islamic-Iranian civilization, authorities have proposed Islamic-Iranian progress pattern for planning in Iran. The present study has been conducted in Shahreza Township, with the aim of Strengthening the rural-urban linkages, and based on Islamic-Iranian progress pattern, and with a new view and an approach compatible with the theoretical framework of the Islamic-Iranian progress pattern, is to introduce a local model compatible with geographical, economic, sociocultural, ideological, environmental, and physical conditions of the villages in this township. The present study is applied, in terms of the aim, and descriptive-analytical survey, in terms of nature and method. The population of the study includes all authorities and managers related to the subject in the township, which due to the low population size, all members of the population were counted totally. The instrument and methods of data collection were documentary and librarian, also interviews, and questionnaires. Using SPSS software, all data of the research were analyzed and to answer the research questions and testing the hypotheses, we benefited one sample t-test, paired sample mean-test, and Chi-square test. Findings indicated that the status quo of the rural-urban linkages will change, after realization of the Islamic-Iranian progress pattern and more favorable conditions will appear. It will result in reducing poverty rate, and inequalities available between cities and villages. Therefore, regarding the affectedness of rural-urban linkages from the realization of Islamic-Iranian progress pattern, and improvement of the present condition, it can be said that the realization of Islamic-Iranian progress pattern, may result in the Strengthening of rural-urban linkages in Shahreza.
