رابطه بين ويژگي هاي شخصيتي و شادكامي در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد آزادشهر

A study of the Relationship between personality characteristics and happiness among students of Azad University, Azadshahr Branch

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي ويژگي هاي شخصيتي و ارتباط آن با شادكامي در ميان دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد آزادشهر بود. روش تحقيق، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد آزادشهر در نظر گرفته شدند كه تعداد آنها در سال تحصيلي 89- 1388 برابر با 3800 نفر بود كه از بين 3800 نفر جامعه آماري نمونه اي شامل 170 نفر از دانشجوبان با استفاده از روش تصادفي خوشه اي انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه با مراجعه به جدول تعيين اندازه نمونه معرف (كرجسي و مورگان) تعيين گرديد. داده ها با بهره گيري از پرسشنامه شادكامي آكسفورد و پرسشنامه پنج عاملي نئو كه روايي و پايايي آن به دست آمده است، جمع آوري و با استفاده از آزمون آماري رگرسيون گام به گام و آزمون t براي گروه هاي مستقل و همبستگي پيرسون تحليل شد. يافته ها نشان داد بين ويژگي روان نژندي، برون گرايي، وظيفه شناسي، توافق پذيري و گشودگي با شادكامي رابطه معني دار وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between personality characteristics and happiness among students in the Azadshahr branch of the Islamic Azad University. The study used a correlation-descriptive method. The population of the study included all students of Islamic Azad University, Azadshahr Branch in the academic year 1388-1389 (N=3800). A sample of 170 students was selected from among the total number of 3800 students through cluster random sampling. To determine the sample size, the Determination Table Indicator (Morgan and Kerjecy) was used. The data were collected by the ‘Five Personality Factors Questionnaire (NEO)’ and the ‘Oxford Happiness Questionnaire’, and were analyzed by using Regression, T-test for independent group and Pearson correlation. The results showed that there was a meaningful relationship between happiness and extroversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, conscientiousness as well as openness to experience.
