بررسي نقش اشتغال و تحصيلات زنان بر رشد اقتصادي ايران

Investigating the role of employment and education of women on economic growth in Iran: Gravitational search algorithm and Firefly algorithm approach

فرايند پيچيده توسعه و نقش منابع انساني، به مثابه يكي از عوامل اصلي آن، نيازمند بازنگري در نقش نيروي انساني به خصوص نقش زنان است كه نيمي از جمعيت جهان را تشكيل مي دهند. در سال هاي اخير، جهان شاهد پديده اجتماعي ـ اقتصادي جديدي به نام مشاركت زنان در بازار كار بوده است. قدرت دادن به زنان و برداشتن موانع از سر راه آنان باعث بهبود وضعيت سياسي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي آن ها در جامعه ميشود كه اين جريان ميتواند زمينه ساز رشد و توسعه پايدار باشد. در اين مقاله، ارتباط بين متغيرهاي تاثيرگذار بر رشد اقتصادي ايران طي دوره 1380ـ 1393 با تاكيد بر نقش اشتغال و تحصيلات زنان بررسي شده است. سپس با استفاده از الگوريتم جست وجوي گرانشي (GSA) و الگوريتم بهينه سازي كرم شبتاب (FA)، به برآورد تابع رشد و توسعه اقتصادي كشور در قالب معادلات غيرخطي با تاكيد بر نرخ مشاركت اقتصادي زنان و سطح تحصيلات آنان پرداخته شده است. نتايج مطالعه حاكي از آن است كه افزايش نرخ مشاركت اقتصادي زنان در بازار كار تاثير مثبت و معناداري بر توليد ناخالص داخلي كشور داشته و افزايش ميزان تحصيلات آنان در قالب متغير تقاطعي بر نرخ مشاركت اقتصادي زنان و در نهايت توليد ناخالص داخلي كشور تاثير مثبت داشته است. بنابراين، پيشنهاد ميشود كه اقدامات مقتضي براي رفع تبعيض عليه زنان در زمينه اشتغال انجام گيرد.

To enrich the complex process of development and the role of human resources as one of its main factors، it is essential to review the role of the human resources، especially the role of women، who constitute half of the world population. In recent years، the new socio-economic phenomenon of the female participation in the labor market has emerged. Empowering women and removing the obstacles improve the political، social and economic conditions of the society، as it brings about the sustainable growth and development. The present paper gives an analysis on the relationship between the variables affecting economic growth during the period 1380- 1393، with emphasis on the role of employment and education of women. Then، by using the Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) and Firefly Algorithm (FA)، the economic development of the country is estimated in the form of non-linear equations with emphasis on the rate of the economic participation of women and their education. The findings indicate that increasing rate of women's economic participation in the labor market has a positive and significant impact on the country's GDP as the growth of the literacy level in form of an intersection variable has a positive impact on the rate of the women's economic participation and as a whole on GDP.
