چكيده فارسي :
خاورميانه و بهويژه جهان عرب از سال 2011 ميلادي با دگرگوني و تحولات بسياري مواجه شده است. اين دگرگوني كه از آن به «بهار عرب» و يا «بيداري اسلامي» تعبير مي‌شد، به جاي ساخت دولتي نوين بر پايه ي يك نظم منطقه‌اي، با ورود متغيرها و عوامل متعددي چون گروه‌هاي تروريستي -تكفيري، پويش قومي كردها، پويش تركيه در صحنه ي بازي خاورميانه، تلاش عربستان براي تغيير توازن قوا، دكترين اوباما و رقابت‌هاي منطقه‌اي، با موج نويني از بحران و بي‌ثباتي مواجه شده كه در نوع خود بي‌سابقه مي‌نمايد. مسير حوادث نشان مي‌دهد كه خاورميانه پس از اين اتفاقات، از آشفتگي زيادي در سطوح مختلف (داخلي، منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي) رنج برده و بخش زيادي از اين آشفتگي نيز به مسأله دولت و بحران دولت ملي مربوط مي‌شود. بر اين اساس، اين نوشتار با روش توصيفي - تحليلي و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي، به دنبال تبيين تئوريك چرايي اين آشفتگي و بي‌ثباتي در خاورميانه پس از تحولات 2011 ميلادي بر آمده است. در اين زمينه، با استفاده از رويكرد «مجموعهي امنيتي منطقه‌اي» و سطوح تحليل (داخلي، منطقه‌اي و خارجي) مورد توجه اين رويكرد، سعي دارد به صورت نظاممند آشفتگي دولت‌ها، پويش‌هاي منطقه‌اي، الگوهاي دوستي و دشمني، رقابت‌ها و ساختار قدرت در منطقه را تبيين و تحليل نمايد.

Middle East, especially the Arab world since 2011 has been a great deal of transformation.
