سنجش نگرش اعضاي هيئت‌علمي دانشگاه‌ زنجان نسبت به اقتصاد مقاومتي و عوامل مرتبط با آن

Measuring the Zanjan university faculty member's attitude towards resilience economy policies and its related factors

اقتصاد مقاومتي، الگوي بومي درون‌زاي توسعه كشور است. براي اجراي موفق سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي در سازمان‌هاي مختلف از جمله دانشگاه‌ها، آگاهي از نگرش اعضاي آن به منظور زمينه‌يابي و برنامه‌ريزي اثربخش ضروري است. سؤال اصلي تحقيق حاضر اين بود كه ميزان آمادگي نگرشي اعضاي هيئت‌علمي دانشگاه‌ها براي اجراي سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي تا چه حد مي‌باشد؟ پژوهش كاربردي حاضر به روش توصيفي-همبستگي با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه (پس از تأييد روايي و پايايي) در دانشگاه زنجان انجام پذيرفت و پردازش داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 انجام شد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه نگرش اعضاي هيئت‌علمي به اجراي سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي در آموزش عالي مساعد (ميانگين 4/20 در مقياس 5 سطحي ليكرت) مي‌باشد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد بين نگرش اعضاي هيئت‌علمي به سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي با برداشت آنها از قابليت اجراي اين سياست‌ها در حوزه‌هاي آموزشي، پژوهشي و دانشجويي فرهنگي ارتباط مستقيم و معني‌دار وجود دارد. با توجه به نگرش مثبت اعضاي هيئت‌علمي به سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي، توصيه مي‌شود رويه‌هاي آموزشي، پژوهشي، دانشجويي و فرهنگي موجود دانشگاه‌ها با مشاركت اعضاي هيئت‌علمي با معيار سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي مورد بازبيني و اصلاح قرار بگيرند.

Resilience economy is indigenous model of endogenous development of the country. For successful implementation of resilience economy policies in various organizations، including universities، aware of the attitude of its members in order to survey and effective planning is essential. The main research question of this study was what extent the attitude readiness of university faculty members to the implementation of resilience economy policies? Descriptive-correlation method used in this applied research and a questionnaire (After determining the validity and reliability) was carried out in university of Zanjan and data processing was performed using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the attitude of faculty members is favorable to the implementation of resilience economy policies (average of 4.20 on a 5 levels Likert scale). The results also showed that there is significant their perception of the implementation of policies in the fields of education، research and cultural- student fields in universities. Considering to the positive attitude of faculty members to resilience economy policies، it is recommended that educational، research، student and cultural practices in universities to be reviewed and revised with the participation of faculty members and focus on resilience economy policies.
