بررسي تطبيقي سياست دولت‌هاي پس از جنگ تحميلي در شاخصه‌هاي خصوصي سازي و ادغام در اقتصاد جهاني (مطالعه موردي دولت‌هاي خاتمي و احمدي نژاد)

A comparative study of post Imposed war politics in the characteristics of privatization and integration in the global economy (Case Study of Khatami and Ahmadinejad Governments)

اين مقاله به بررسي روند خصوصي سازي و ادغام در اقتصاد جهاني در دولت‌هاي اصلاحات و عدالت محور مي پردازد. هدف اصلي اين مقاله اين است كه اين دو شاخصه اقتصاد سياسي را در دولت‌هاي مذكور مورد بررسي و مقايسه قرار دهد. نتايج داده‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه هر دو دولت مطابق روند در پيش گرفته شده در مسئله خصوصي سازي برطبق فرمايشات مقام معظم رهبري حركت كردند با اين حال دولت اصلاحات تلاش كرد تا خصوصي سازي را از طريق سازماني موسوم به همين نام انجام دهد اما دولت محمود احمدي نژاد اقدام به حذف آن كرده بود. در خصوص ادغام در اقتصاد جهاني نيز دولت اصلاحات با پيروي از رژيم‌هاي بين المللي اقتصادي در راستاي ارزش‌هاي مورد نظر آنها حركت كرده و به همين دليل در مقايسه با دولت محمود احمدي نژاد شاخص‌هاي گوناگون از جمله مبارزه با فساد و آزادسازي تجاري رتبه‌هاي بهتري را ثبت كرده است. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله نيز توصيفي-تحليلي است و روش گردآوري داده‌ها، به شيوه كتابخانه‌اي و ترجمه بوده است.

This article examines the process of privatization and integration in the global economy in reformist and justice-oriented governments (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Mohammad Khatami). The main purpose of this paper is to examine these two indicators of political economy in the above-mentioned governments. The results of the research showed that both governments proceeded according to the process of privatization in accordance with the orders of the Supreme Leader; however, the reformist government tried to privatize through an organization of the same name, but the justice-centered government had eliminated it. Regarding the integration into the global economy, reformist government has been pursuing in line with their international values, and for this reason, compared with the administration of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, various indicators, such as anti-corruption and trade liberalization, ranked it was better recorded. The research method in this article is also descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is in the library and translation mode.
