گرچه مفاهيم سوژگي سياسي و موقعيت سوژگي ، ريشه در جامعه شناسي سياسي دارند ولي اين تحقيق ، اين مفاهيم را در ژئوپليتيك شكننده خاورميانه ، عملياتي مي نمايد. نظر به مرزهاي تصنعي حاصل از توافقنامه هاي اوائل قرن بيستم و سياليت قومي در مرزهاي كشورهاي مزوپوتاميايي ، تعارض هويتي – سرزميني ، باعث جدلي اساسي بين ساختارها و كارگزاران ( كنشگران غير دولتي ) شده كه اين تعارض ، باعث آنتروپي ژئوپليتيك در منطقه گشته است . P.K.K به عنوان يكي از احزاب فراگير سياسي – نظامي در منطقه مزوپوتاميا با توجه به سابقه مبارزاتي نرم – سخت افزاري خود بخصوص پس ازحملات گروه هاي تروريستي به عراق و شام ، خود را در مقام يك كنشگر منطقه اي ، به جغرافياي بين النهرين شمالي تحميل نموده كه البته اين كنشگري ابعاد هويتي و سرزميني داشته و با سمپاتي كردهاي منطقه همراه بوده است. بر خلاف موقعيت سوژگي كه ساختارها بر سوژه ها مسلط مي باشند ، در مفهوم سوژگي سياسي، زماني كه ساختارها با فروپاشي مواجه مي شوند ، هژموني گفتمان هاي حاكم به چالش كشيده شده و سوژه ها به عنوان عاملان سياسي ، مشغول كنش در فضاهاي تجزيه شده مي گردند. اين مقاله علاوه بر مفهوم سازي سوژگي ژئوپليتيكي با تحليل چرايي چرخش سياستي در حزب كارگران، با نگاهي تحليلي – توصيفي به اثبات فرضيه سوژگي ژئوپليتيكي اين حزب مي پردازد.
