بحران علم سياست در ايران

Crisis in political sciences in Iran

در اين مقاله بحران توليد دانش سياسى در ايران و ابعاد نظرى، تاريخى و سياسى آن مورد بررسى و تبيين قرار گرفته است. بخشى از اين بحران داراى ريشه‌هاى نظرى و روش شناختى است، ولى بخش مهم ديگر آن ريشه در ساختارهاى سياسى و اجتماعى جامعه ايران دارد كه به علم و پژوهش بى توجه است. در اين ميان، سهم علوم سياسى در بى‌توجهى ساختارهاى سياسى نسبت به آن بيش از ساير رشته هاست و آن به دليل .موضوعات مورد بحث در علم سياست است. با وجود ضرورت اساسى اين رشته در حل معضلات سياسى - اجتماعى كشور، ناكار آمدى درونى و سطح پايين آموزش و پژوهش نيز عامل اساسى ديگرى در بلااستفاده ماندن اين رشته گرديده است. بر اين اساس مى‌توان گفت كه وضعيت علم سياست در ايران وضعيت بحرانى است.

The paper studies the crisis of knowledge production in Iran and its theoretical, historical, and political dimentions. The crisis is partly rooted in theory and methodology, but it is mainly rooted in the socio-political structures of the Iranian society which is indiffernt to knowledge and research. The indifference of the political structure to the political sciences discipline is more than other disciplines due to the special subjects dealt with in the discipline. In spite of the essential role of the discipline in solving Iran's socio-political predicaments, internal inefficiency annd low education are the major reasons for the marginalization of the political sciences, leading to a crisis in the discipline.
