چكيده فارسي :
حقيقت، ماهيت و واقعيت اخلاق و سياست و رابطه اين دو، به صورت چالشى - اگرچه ديرين - جديد، جدى و جهانى مطرح شده است. هرگونه سياست و روابط و رفتار سياسى عينى، برآيند اخلاق به عنوان نظام هنجارى است. در مقابل راهبرد اخلاق و سياست نامتعالى كه مدعى جدايى اخلاق و سياست است، راهبرد اخلاق و سياست انسانى، متعادل و متعالى كه بر همبستگى و پيوستگى اخلاق و سياست و تعامل مثبت و سازنده اين دو استوار مى باشد، قرار دارد. بر اين اساس، اخلاق و نظام هنجارى به سانِ شبكه اسكلت‌بندى سيرت. سرشت و درون سازه و حتى زيرساخت سِيَر و ساختار سياست، جامعه و نظام سياسى كشور را تشكيل مى‌دهد و سياست و نظام سياسى، صورت و ساختار راهبردى اخلاق، نظام هنجارى و نيز جامعه و كشور به شمار مى آيد، بنابراين اين دو داراى روابط وثيق تعامل، تداول و حتى رابطه علّى بوده كه برآمدِ توأمانى آنها، به صورت ارتقاى كمّى و كيفى و تحول جوهرى كارآيى نيروها و كارآمدى نهادين نظام سياسى ظهور و بروز مى‌كند.
چكيده لاتين :
The truth, the reality, and nature of ethics and politics and their relationship, though an old issue, have been recently considered globally. Any politics and objective political behavior and relationships are the resultant of ethics as normative system. As opposed to the non-transcendental political and moral strategy, which advocates the separation of ethics and politics, the human ethical and political strategy is based on the correlation and correspondence of ethics and politics and their positive and constitutive interaction. Based on this model, ethics and the normative system like the skeleton and the infrastructure of politics forms the society and the political system of a country and politics and political system is the country's form, behavior, and strategic structure. Thus two have constant causal interaction.
