جهت‌گيري پژوهش‌هاي پرستاري در ايران، چالش‌ها و راهكارها: يك مطالعه مروري يكپارچه

NURSING RESEARCH DIRECTION IN IRAN, CHALLENGES and SOLUTIONS: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

پيش‌ زمينه و هدف: پژوهش و توليد دانش، حرفه پرستاري را در پيش‌بيني و روبه‌رو شدن با چالش‌ها توانمند مي‌سازد. با استفاده از نتايج پژوهش‌ها دانش حاصل در محيط باليني بكار گرفته‌شده و موجب بهبود كيفيت خدمات مي‌گردد. بدون شك كارايي و ثمربخشي تحقيقات به ميزان پاسخگويي به نيازها و انتظارات جامعه بستگي دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر پي بردن به جهت‌گيري پژوهش‌هاي پرستاري ايران، چالش‌هاي موجود و ارائه راهكارهاي پيشنهادي در جهت رفع آن‌ها مي‌باشد. مواد و روش كار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مرور يكپارچه است كه با استفاده از روش بروم انجام گرفت. بدين منظور، مقالاتي كه در راستاي هدف پژوهشي بوده، به زبان فارسي يا انگليسي نگارش شده و امكان دسترسي به متن كامل وجود داشت، وارد مطالعه شدند. مقالات با بهره‌گيري از پايگاه‌هاي فارسي شامل SID و Magiran و پايگاه‌هاي لاتين اعم از PubMed, Ovid, Google Scholar, Science Direct, ProQuest استخراج شدند. جستجو بدون محدوديت زماني تا سال 2017 و با استفاده از كليدواژه‌هاي, nursing, research, research priorities, research direction و challenges به‌صورت مجزا يا تركيبي انجام شد. بعد از بررسي و مطالعه دقيق عنوان، خلاصه و متن كامل، تعداد زيادي از مقالات به دلايل زبان مقاله، عنوان و هدف متفاوت، خلاصه و يا محتواي نامناسب مقاله كنار گذاشته شدند. درنهايت 34 مقاله شامل 17 مقاله به زبان انگليسي و 17 مقاله به زبان فارسي موردبررسي قرار گرفت. داده‌ها بر اساس روش بروم مورد تجزيه‌و‌تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: نتايج حاصل از مرور مطالعات حاكي از چالش‌هاي متعددي در رابطه با پژوهش‌هاي پرستاري در ايران بود كه در 5 مضمون شامل جهت‌گيري غير هدفمند پژوهش‌ها، كيفيت نامناسب شواهد پژوهشي، وضعيت نامطلوب ترجمان دانش، ضعف پژوهش‌هاي تيمي و بين‌رشته‌اي و چالش‌هاي مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري جامعه نگر طبقه‌بندي گرديد. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: اميد است نتايج اين پژوهش بتواند با ترسيم چالش‌هاي پژوهش‌هاي پرستاري كشور و ارائه يك راهنماي كلي به برنامه ريزان و سياست‌گذاران پرستاري، گامي هرچند كوچك در زمينه تقويت و توسعه راهبردها به‌منظور مديريت مؤثرتر پژوهش‌هاي پرستاري و بهره‌برداري بهينه از دانش حاصل از پژوهش‌ها بردارد. به‌منظور شناخت جامع‌تر چالش‌هاي تحقيق در پرستاري و تدوين راه‌حل‌هاي استراتژيك، مطالعات عميق‌تر با رويكردهاي كيفي توصيه مي‌گردد.

Background & Aim: Research and knowledge production empowers nursing profession in anticipating and facing with challenges. Using the research results, knowledge is applied in the clinical settings and improves the quality of the services. Undoubtedly, the efficiency and effectiveness of the research depends on meeting the needs and expectations of the community. The aim of this study is to identify Nursing Research Direction and challenges and suggested solutions to address them. Materials & Methods: The present study is an integrative review and conducted based on the Broome method. Articles that related to the purpose of this study, being written in English or Persian and the full text of them were accessible, entered into research. Different data bases such as ProQuest, Ovid, PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Magiran and SID were applied for collecting articles by using a wide range of keywords such as nursing, research, research priorities, research direction and challenges. Search without time limit was made until 2017. After carefully assessing the title, summary and full text, a large number of articles have been dropped due to different titles and objectives, inappropriate summary or content. Ultimately, 34 articles were included. Data were analyzed based on Broom's method. Results: The results of these studies indicated several challenges regarding the nursing research consisted of five main themes including illogical orientation of researches, low quality of research evidences, poor knowledge translation, weakness of team work and interdisciplinary research activities and challenges of community - based nursing care. Conclusion: It is expected that by drawing the nursing research challenges and providing a general guide to nursing planners and policymakers, we can take small steps forward strengthening and developing strategies for effective nursing research management and Optimal exploitation of knowledge gained from researches. In order to better understand the challenges of nursing researches and to formulate strategic solutions, further studies are recommended with qualitative approaches.
