ارزيابي ميزان تاثير اجراي دوره‌هاي آموزشي طولي دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني ( ره ) در تحقق اهداف نيروي دريايي راهبردي

An Evaluation of the extent of Effectiveness of Carrying out Long Courses in Maritime University of Imam Khomeini in Realization of the Objectives of Strategic Naval Forces

تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي ميزان تأثير دوره‌هاي طولي برگزار شده در دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني(ره) بر تحقق اهداف آموزشي نيروي دريايي راهبردي انجام پذيرفته است. در اين تحقيق، جامعه آماري كليه مديران و فرماندهان سطوح مياني به بالاي نداجا كه حداقل 5 سال سابقه مديريتي و فرماندهي داشته‌اند (691 نفر) در نظر گرفته شده كه از ميان آنان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌‌اي 212 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد‌ه‌اند. در خصوص گردآوري اطلاعات مورد نياز جهت تبيين ادبيات تحقيق از روش كتابخانه‌اي و به منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات جهت آزمون فرضيه‌ها نيز از روش ميداني با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديده است. جهت سنجش پايايي ابزار پرسشنامه از روش آلفاي كرونباخ(921/0=α) استفاده شده جهت آزمون فرضيه‌ها و تحليل روابط بين متغيرها از آزمونT تك‌ نمونه‌اي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. پس از تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات جمع‌آوري شده تمامي فرضيات تحقيق پذيرفته شده و اين بدان مفهوم است كه دوره‌هاي طولي اجراء شده در دانشگاه در راستاي اهداف راهبردي نداجا بوده و در اين ميان ميزان تأثيرگذاري اين دوره‌ها بر روي شاخص‌هاي تعيين شده اهداف راهبردي نداجا نيز مشخص گرديده است.

The present study aimed at investigating the extent of effectiveness of longitudinal courses held at Imam Khomeini Maritime University on realization of the educational objectives of strategic navy. The population of this study was all the middle and high level managers and commanders of navy who have at least five years of experience in managing and commanding (691 persons) from whom 212 persons were selected as the sample of the study through categorical random sampling. Library research was used for collecting data needed for literature review and a modified questionnaire was employed for testing the hypotheses. Cranach alpha (α=0.921) was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by survey and gathering experts' ideas. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics. In order to test the hypotheses and find out the relationship between the variables, one sample t-test was used, using SPSS software. Independent variable of the study was longitudinal courses of the university including B.S., Advanced officers, and M.S. Moreover, its dependent variable was the extent of realization of strategic navy’s objectives. Data analysis revealed that all the hypotheses were confirmed which means that longitudinal courses held at the university were in line with strategic objectives of navy and also the extent of the impact of such courses on the determined indexes of strategic objectives of navy was specified.
