Factors Affecting the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Battle Flotilla Staff in Long Sailing Missions

ناوگروه‌هاي رزمي نداجا در راستاي انجام مأموريت‌هاي دريانوردي دوردست همواره با مشكلات زيادي مواجه هستند. بنابراين در شرايط مذكور ارتقاء بهره‌وري كاركنان عامل اساسي و تعيين‌كننده‌اي در انجام موفقيت‌آميز مأموريت‌هاي محوله توسط ناوگروه‌ها در مأموريت‌هاي دريانوردي دوردست خواهد بود. هدف اصلي آن تبيين عوامل اثرگذار بر كارائي و اثربخشي كاركنان ناوگروه‌هاي رزمي در مأموريت‌هاي دريانوردي دوردست‌‌‌‌ مي‌باشد. نوع پژوهش كاربردي و روش انجام آن همبستگي مي‌باشد. اين مقاله با رويكرد تحليلي- توصيفي نگاشته شده و جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از 55 نفر كه در مأموريت‌هاي دريانوردي دوردست حضورداشته‌اند بهره‌گيري به‌عمل آمده است. گردآوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه كارائي و اثربخشي انجام و پايايي بدست آمده بر اساس فرمول ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/86 محاسبه گرديد. جهت بررسي رابطه موجود ميان متغير مستقل و متغير تابع از آزمون كولموگروف-اسميرنوف و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد استمرار يك سيستم كارائي و اثربخشي، مستلزم اقداماتي نظير كاربرد عوامل انگيزشي، توسعه منابع انساني با اجراي آموزش‌هاي كيفي و اعمال سبك فرماندهي صحيح مي‌باشد. همچنين يافته‌هاي ما در سطح خطاي يك درصد ( 01/0= α) نشان داد كه عوامل اثرگذار بر كارائي و اثربخشي كاركنان ناوگروه‌هاي رزمي در مأموريت‌هاي دريانوردي دوردست‌‌‌‌ رابطه مستقيم و معني‌داري وجود دارد.

IRI Navy battle flotilla always faced with many problems in order to accomplish their long sailing missions. So in these conditions, enhance employee productivity is a fundamental and decisive factor in the successful accomplishment of the long sailing missions by the flotilla. The main objective of this paper is to determine the factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of battle flotilla staff in long sailing missions. This applied research method is correlation. This article was written with descriptive-analytic approach. data was collected from 55 people who have participated in long sailing missions. Data were collected through performance questionnaires and reliability obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient formula was calculated 86/0. To study the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results showed a continuation of a system of efficiency and effectiveness, requires measures such as the use of motivational factors, human resource development with the implementation of quality education and applying the right leadership style. Our findings also at the level of one percent error (α=0.01) showed that there is a significant correlation between the factors influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of battle flotilla staff in long sailing missions.
