رابطه هوش هيجاني با هوش معنوي در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره) نوشهر

The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence Among Students Of Imam Khomeini Marine Science University Of Nowshahr

تحقيق به منظور بررسي رابطه ي بين هوش هيجاني با هوش معنوي دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ه) در سال تحصيلي 93 - 94 انجام است. روش تحقيق در‌اين مطالعه از نوع توصيفي همبستگي مي باشد. جامعه ي آماري شامل 1340 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره) بود كه حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول «كرجسي و مورگان»298 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، دو پرسش نامه استاندارد، شامل‌: پرسشنامه هوش هيجاني «سيبريا – شيرينگ» 33 سوالي و هوش معنوي «ديويد كينگ»24 سوالي كه براي تعيين پايايي از نرم افزار SPSS (روش آلفاي كرونباخ ) استفاده شده است كه ضريب پايايي0/86 بيانگر پايايي مناسب مي‌باشد. نتايج حاصله نشان داد كه بين هوش هيجاني با هوش معنوي دانشجويان رابطه ي معنا داري وجود دارد. همچنين رابطه ي هوش هيجاني با مولفه‌هاي هوش معنوي شامل‌:بعد علوم دريايي، بعد خود مديريتي و خودآگاهي نيز معنادار شد. ميزان هوش هيجاني و هوش معنوي دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره) بيشتر از حد متوسط بوده است

This study was conducted to find the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence among Students of Imam Khomeini Marine Science University of Nowshahr in the academic year 93-94. This research method is descriptive and correlational study. The population included 1340 students of the university and according to the "Morg@n" table; the sample was determined 298 students. To collect data, two standard questionnaires, including Emotional Intelligence 33-question Questionnaire (Siberia) and spiritual intelligence 24-question Questionnaire (David King) were used. To determine the reliability the SPSS software (Cronbach's alpha) was used and a reliability of 0.86, showed an acceptable reliability. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. The relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence components include: marine science dimension, the self-management and self-awareness dimensions was also significant. The emotional and spiritual intelligence of the cadets of Imam Khomeini University Ocean Science University was more than average.
