تحليلي بر ضرورت شكل گيري گردشگري دريائي و اهميت آموزش آن در استان مازندران ، مطالعه موردي : بندر نوشهر

An Analysis on the Necessity of Sea Tourism Formation and its Importance in Mazandaran Province, Case Study: Nowshahr Port

پژوهش حاضر در صدد است تا به بررسي ضرورت هاي شكل گيري گردشگري دريايي در شهر بندري نوشهر بپردازد.هدف از پژوهش نيز شناسايي تمام ظرفيت ها ، پتانسيل ها و آسيب هاي ناشي از گردشگري دريايي در نوشهر مي باشد.روش تحقيق از نظر هدف جزء تحقيقات كاربردي مي باشد. از نظر ماهيت و روش مي توان آن را جز ء تحقيقات توصيفي – تحليلي به حساب آورد.براي جمع آوري اطلاعات هم از روش اسنادي و كتابخانه اي براي آشنايي با ديدگاهها ، نظريات مرتبط و هم گردآوري ادبيات وپيشينه تحقيق استفاده گرديد و هم براي آشنايي با محدوده مورد مطالعه روش پيمايشي از نوع مشاهده و پرسشگري انتخاب گرديد. بعد از گردآوري داده ها و انتخاب داده هاي مربوط به مدل SWOT از تعدادي از نخبگان و مسئولان مربوط به گردشگري شهري در ارتباط با نقاط قوت، ضعف ، تهديد و فرصت ها پرسشگري به عمل آمد. در مدل SWOT پس از مشخص كردن عوامل دروني ،بيروني و تعيين ارزش هر عامل، راهبردها و استراتژي هاي مرتبط با هر بخش تعيين گرديد. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه استراتژيهاي نوشهر به استراتژيهاي رقابتي نزديك مي باشد و اين نشان دهنده پتانسيل بسيار بالاي نوشهر در شكل گيري و تقويت گردشگري دريائي در منطقه مي باشدو مي توان با برنامه ريزي بندر نوشهر را به يكي از قطب هاي گردشگري ايران تبديل نمود.

The present study seeks to study the necessity of the formation of marine tourism in Nowshahr port. The purpose of the research is to identify all capacities, potentials and damages caused by marine tourism in Nowshahr. The research method in terms of the purpose of the research is applied. In terms of its nature and method, it can be considered as a descriptive-analytical research. In order to gather information, the documentary and library methods were used to get acquainted with the views, related theories, and the collection of literature and the research material. Also, for surveying the scope of the study, a survey method of observation and questioning was selected. After collecting data and selecting the data related to the SWOT model, a number of elites and authorities related to urban tourism were questioned about the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. In the SWOT model, after identifying the internal, external factors and determining the value of each factor, policies and strategies related to each sector were determined. The results of the research indicate that the strategies of Nowshahr are close to competitive strategies and this shows a very high potential of Noshahr in the formation and strengthening of marine tourism in the region, and Nowshahr Port can be converted to one of the centers of tourism in Iran.
