The Role Of Computers In Marine Science Educations

هدف از پ‍ژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه بين استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات بر افزايش كيفيت تدريس در دانشگاه علوم دريايي(ره) است. براي اين منظور پژوهش در قالب تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق حدودا 150 نفر از اساتيد و مديران دانشگاه علوم دريايي است و بر اساس جدول مورگان و فرمول نمونه گيري كوكران با روش تصادفي ساده تعداد 108 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. در اين تحقيق رابطه شاخص هاي دانش پايين IT اساتيد و مديران، عدم استفاده از سيستم­هاي رايانه­هاي، هزينه بالاي پياده سازي سيستم هاي به روز و عدم مهارت رايانه­اي كافي اساتيد و مديران به عنوان عوامل فناوري اطلاعات با كيفيت تدريس به صورت فرضيات مستقل با استفاده از نرم افرار AMOS مورد آزمون قرار گرفته اند. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه دانش پايين IT مديران و اساتيد، عدم استفاده از سيستم هاي رايانه هاي و عدم مهارت رايانه­اي كافي اساتيد و فرماندهان با كيفيت تدريس رابطه معناداري دارد وليكن هزينه بالاي پياده سازي سيستم هاي به روز با كيفيت تدريس رابطه معناداري ندارد. در رتبه بندي شاخص‌هاي استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون فريدمن، دانش پايين IT مديران و اساتيد رتبه 1، عدم مهارت رايانه­اي كافي اساتيد و فرماندهان رتبه2، عدم استفاده از سيستم­ هاي رايانه­ هاي رتبه 3 و هزينه بالاي پياده سازي سيستم هاي به روز رتبه آخر را دارد.

Today, in the 21st century, paying serious attention to the important issue of education is a key goal of the government. Especially increasing the quantity of students due to lack of facilities and resources, put the quality of the education programs on first priority. The main goal of this research is to investigate the relationship between managers and professors familiarity with IT and facilities available and its impact on education at Imam Khomeini UniversityofMarine Sciences in Nowshahr. The method used in this research was descriptive and correlational method. The statistical population included 40 managers and professors at university and 50 students and that among them 80 subjects were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table with stratified random sampling method. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation) was implemented through SPSS software. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the amount of familiarity of professors and managers and students with IT and facilities available and its impact on education. During qualifying the university affairs in educational dimensions we should pay more attention to reconstruct the pattern of relationships within universities and the necessary training to empowerment of students. In the second part we should pay special attention to computer facilities to facilitate the training affairs that using an appropriate qualifying model be able to train capable, independent, self-leaders, scholars and religious students.
