بررسي رابطه رهبري هوشمند و بهداشت رواني دبيران با تعديل گري مديريت استرس شغلي در مدارس متوسطه دوم شهر خرم آباد

Investigating the Relationship between Intelligent Leadership and Mental Health of Teachers with Adjustment of Job Stress Management in Second Secondary Schools of Khorramabad

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعيين رابطه بين رهبري هوشمند (هوش فرهنگي، هوش عاطفي، هوش اجتماعي، هوش معنوي، هوش سازماني) و بهداشت رواني دبيران مدارس با تعديل‌گري مديريت استرس شغلي (شيوه­‌هاي سازگاري متمركز بر مسأله، شيوه­ هاي سازگاري متمركز بر هيجان و حمايت اجتماعي) است. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. نمونه آماري پژوهش شامل تعداد 302 نفر از دبيران مدارس متوسطه دوم شهرخرم‌آباد بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گيري طبقه­اي نسبي انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه­گيري عبارت از سه فرم پرسشنامه رهبري هوشمند، پرسشنامه سلامت رواني كامئو (1992) و پرسشنامه مديريت استرس شغلي بود. به­ منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها از روش معادلات ساختاري استفاده گرديد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه رهبري هوشمند با سلامت رواني دبيران مدارس رابطه معني­داري دارد؛ اين رابطه به ­ويژه هنگامي­ كه متغير تعديل­ گر مديرت استرس شغلي وارد معادله مي ­شد از استحكام بيشتري برخوردار بود. به ­عبارت ديگر هنگامي ­كه استرس شغلي مديريت مي ­شد؛ رابطه رهبري هوشمند با سلامت رواني دبيران افزايش بيشتري مي­ يافت.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between (intelligent leadership, cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, spiritual intelligence, business intelligence mental health and school teachers with the moderator of these occupational stress management problem-focused coping strategies, emotion-focused coping strategies and support social) problem-focused coping strategies, emotion-focused coping strategies and social support. The research method is descriptive. The study sample consisted of 302 high school teachers from the city of Khorramabad, which were selected using stratified sampling. Measuring instrument consists of three questionnaires intelligent leadership, mental health questionnaire Forklift (1992) and the Job stress management. To analysis data was used structural equation method. The results of this study showed that intelligent leadership has a significant relationship with mental health, school teachers, this relationship was more stability,especially when the adjustment variable came in (enter) in the equation.In other word, of job stress was managed., intelligent leadership relationship with teachers' mental health was more increased.
