نقش واسطه اي پايداري رواني در رابطه بين شيوه هاي والدگري و تبلور وجودي

The Mediating Role of Mental Toughness in the Relationship between Parenting Styles and Flourishing

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه بين شيوه هاي والدگري و تبلور وجودي با واسطه گري پايداري رواني بود. شركت كنندگان 355 نفر از دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه شيراز بودند كه بر اساس روش نمونه برداري تصادفي خوشه اي چندمرحله اي انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه هاي شيوه هاي والدگري (بري، 1991 )، پايداري رواني (كلاف و ديگران، 2002 ) و مقياس تبلور وجودي (داينر و ديگران، 2010 ) را در محل كلاسهاي عادي خود تكميل كردند. يافته ها با استفاده از روش مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري نشاندهنده رابطه مثبت و معنادار شيوه والدگري مستبدانه با تبلور وجودي بود. رابطة شيوه والدگري مقتدرانه با پايداري رواني مثبت و معنادار، و رابطه شيوه والدگري آسانگير با پايداري رواني منفي و معنادار بود. شيوه والدگري مستبدانه بر تبلور وجودي اثر مستقيم و شيوه هاي والدگري مقتدرانه و آسانگير به واسطه پايداري رواني بر تبلور وجودي تأثير غيرمستقيم دارد. در پايان، ضمن بحث درباره يافته ها، با توجه به پيشينه علمي موجود، به كاربرد عملي يافته ها در آموزش والدين و افزايش تبلور وجودي در افراد اشاره شده است.

The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of mental toughness in the relationship between of parenting
styles and flourishing. Three hundred and fifty five MA students were selected from Shiraz University by random
multistage cluster sampling. The participants completed the Parental Authority Questionnaire (Buri, 1991), the Mental Toughness
Questionnaire (Clough et al., 2002), and the Flourishing Scale (Diener et al., 2010). The results of structural equation modeling using
AMOS software indicated that the relation of authoritarian parenting style to flourishing was positive and significant. The relationship
between authoritative parenting style and mental toughness was positive and significant, and the relation of permissive parenting
style to mental toughness was negative and significant. Authoritarian parenting style had direct relation on flourishing and
authoritative parenting style and permissive parenting style had indirect relation on flourishing through mental toughness. The
implications of the findings were discussed in terms of their applications to parents and promoting flourishing in individuals.
