سرزندگي تحصيلي و ادراك از الگوهاي ارتباطات خانواده و ساختار كلاس ؛ نقش واسطه‌اي ابعاد خودكارآمدي

Academic Buoyancy and Perception of Family Communication Patterns and Structure of Class: The Mediatory Role of Self-Efficacy Dimensions

اين تحقيق به منظور بررسي تأثير ادراك از الگوهاي ارتباطات خانواده (الگوي ارتباطي گفت و شنود و الگوي ارتباطي همنوايي) و ساختار كلاس (تكليف، سخت­گيري در ارزشيابي، تأكيد بر ارزشيابي و مرجعيت) بر روي سرزندگي تحصيلي با بررسي نقش واسطه ­اي ابعاد خودكارآمدي صورت گرفت. شركت ­كنندگان اين پژوهش 337 نفر از دانش ­آموزان (176 دختر و 161 پسر) در مقطع متوسطه­ ي شهر مهريز بودند كه به روش خوشه­ اي تصادفي چند مرحله ­اي انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي اين پژوهش، نسخه­ ي ابزار تجديد نظر شده­ ي الگوهاي ارتباطات خانواده، پرسشنامه­ ي ساختار كلاس، نسخه­ ي ابعادخودكارآمدي و پرسشنامه­ ي سرزندگي تحصيلي بودند. براي بررسي پايايي اين ابزارها از آلفاي كرونباخ و براي بررسي روايي آن­ها از روش تحليل عامل و همساني دروني استفاده شد. ابزارها پايايي و روايي مطلوبي را نشان دادند. براي تحليل داده­ ها از روش آماري تحليل مسير با به كارگيري رگرسيون همزمان و مطابق با مراحل پيشنهادي بارون و كني (1986) استفاده شد. به طور كلي نتايج حاكي از آن بود كه اول، برخي از ابعاد الگوهاي ارتباطات خانواده و ساختار كلاس به صورت مستقيم قدرت پيش ­بيني­ سرزندگي تحصيلي را دارند. دوم، برخي از ابعاد الگوهاي ارتباطات خانواده و همچنين ساختار كلاس پيش­ بيني­ كننده­ ي مستقيم ابعاد خودكارآمدي هستند. سوم، پس از بررسي ضرايب مسيرهاي بدست آمده، معلوم شد كه متغير ابعاد خودكارآمدي نقش واسطه ­اي ميان الگوي ارتباطي گفت و شنود، جذابيت تكليف و مرجعيت از يك­سو و سرزندگي تحصيلي از سوي ديگر دارد. يافته ­ها با توجه به تحقيقات پيشين به بحث گذاشته شده و پيشنهادهايي به منظور پژوهش بيشتر در اين زمينه مطرح شده است

The present paper aims to study the influence of the perception of family communication patterns (including conversation and conformity orientations) as well as structure of the class (including tasks, meticulous assessment, emphasis on evaluation authority) onacademic buoyancy, and investigate the mediatory role of selfefficacy dimensions therein. Using multi-stage random cluster sampling method, 337 subjects (176 females and 161 males) were selected from among high school students in the city of Mehriz. The research instruments included a version of the Revised Family Communication Pattern (1997), the Class Structure Questionnaire (2001), a version of self-efficacy dimensions (2001), and the Academic Buoyancy Questionnaire (1391). Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to test the instruments’ reliability, and their validity was tested by using factor analysis and internal consistency methods. The instruments proved to be reliable and valid. The research data was analyzed using path analysis method with simultaneous regression as suggested by Baron and Kenny (1986). In general, the results indicated that some dimensions of family communication patterns and class structure can directly predict the academic buoyancy. Moreover, some dimensions of family communication patterns and class structure directly predict selfefficacy''s dimensions. Finally, after calculating the obtained 1. The results of the study were discussed with regard to previous studies and some suggestions were made for further research in the field.
