رابطه تجارب دانشجو معلمان با دستاوردهاي تحصيلي آنان در دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Relationship between Experiences of TeacherTrainees and theirEducational Achievements in Farhangian University

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه تجارب دانشجومعلمان با دستاوردهاي آنان از تحصيل در دانشگاه فرهنگيان، پرديس علامه طباطبايي بوشهر بود. همه دانشجومعلمان ورودي سال هاي 91 و 92 (465 نفر) اين پرديس در سال تحصيلي 93-94 جامعه آماري اين پژوهش بودند كه با به كارگيري روش تمام شماري انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه دانشجويان دانشكده (Pace & Kuh، 1998) استفاده شد. باتوجه به نتايج حاصل از تحليل رگرسيون داده ها، مشخص شد كه هر سه بُعد تجارب دانشجومعلمان، شامل ادراك كيفيت تلاش و كيفيت محيط و انسجام اجتماعي، به ترتيب پيش بيني كننده مثبت معنادار دستاوردهاي دانشگاهي آنان است. علاوه براين، نتايج حاصل از آزمون t مستقل نشان داد كه بين ابعاد تجارب و دستاوردهاي تحصيلي دانشجومعلمان ورودي سال هاي 91 با 92 تفاوت معناداري وجود ندارد.

This study explored the relationship between the experience of teacher trainees and their educational achievements in Boushehr Allameh Tabatabaei Teacher Farhangian university. A number of 465 junior and senior Teacher trainees of the university were selected through a stratified random selection process and formed the population. College student Questionnaire of Pace & Kuh، ( 1998) was used in order to collect the required data. The results of regression analysis revealed that all three levels of student experience including the recognition of struggle quality، environment quality، and social integrity are predictors of significant positive university achievements respectively. The results of independent t-test also showed that there is not a significant relationship between different dimensions of junior and senior teacher trainees’ experience and their educational achievement.
