هوش موفق و تاثير آن بر عملكرد دانشجويان در برنامه درسي جديد كارورزي دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Successful intelligence and its impact on the performance of students in the Internship new program of Farhangyan Univercity

هدف كلي اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير آموزش مولفه هاي هوش موفق بر عملكرد دانشجو معلمان در برنامه درسي كارورزي مي باشد. به همين منظور تعداد 30 دانشجو معلم در دو گروه آزمايشي و گواه در قالب درس كارورزي در سال تحصيلي 94-1393 دانشگاه فرهنگيان، مركز آموزش عالي امام جعفرصادق (ع) بهبهان با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند و قبل و بعد از آموزش مولفه هاي هوش موفق، با استفاده از مقياس خودكارآمدي تدريس شانن-موران و وولفولك هوي و پرسشنامه تفكر انتقادي واتسون -گلاسر، دو متغير تفكر انتقادي و خودكارآمدي تدريس مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. تحليل كوواريانس نشان داد آموزش مولفه هاي هوش موفق، مي تواند تفكر انتقادي و خودكارآمدي تدريس دانشجويان را به عنوان دو هدف اصلي برنامه درسي كارورزي افزايش دهد؛ همچنين با آموزش مولفه هاي هوش موفق، عملكرد تحصيلي دانشجويان در درس كارورزي افزايش نشان داد.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of teaching of successful intelligence components on student teachers performance in Internships curriculum. For this study، 30 student teachers in both experimental and control groups in terms of internship courses in the academic year 1393-94 Farhangyan University، Center of Higher Education Imam Sadeq of Behbahan With random sampling method were selected. Before and after teaching the components of successful intelligence، using the Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk Hoy teaching self-efficacy scale، and Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking questionnaires، two variables critical thinking and teaching self-efficacy were studied. Analysis of covariance showed that teaching components of successful intelligence، increases critical thinking and teaching self-efficacy to students as the main objectives of internship curriculum; In addition، The academic performance of students in internship courses increased by teaching the components of successful intelligence.
