ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﻲ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ ﻣﺤﺪودﻳﺖ و ﺳﺎزش ﮔﺎﺗﻔﺮدﺳﻮن (GTCC) ﺑﺮ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن واﺣﺪ اﺳﻨﺎدﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺗﺄﻣﻴﻦ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬـﺮان اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻧﻴﻤﻪ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ و ﻃﺮح ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﭘﻴﺶ آزﻣـﻮن ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔـﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘـﺮل ﺑـﻮدﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎري ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﻛﻠﻴـﻪ ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن واﺣﺪاﺳﻨﺎد ﭘﺰﺷﻜ ﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان420 ﻧﻔﺮ را ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ از ﻣﻴﺎن ﻛﺴﺎﻧﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑـﻪﭘﺮﺳـﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻓﺮﺳـﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷـﻐﻠﻲ ﻣـﺴﻠﺶ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ، 30 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻴﻮه ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗـﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در دو ﮔــﺮوه 15 ﻧﻔــﺮي، ﮔــﺮوه آزﻣﺎﻳــﺸﻲ ﺑــﺎ روﻳﻜــﺮد آﻣﻮزﺷــﻲ GTCC و ﻳﻚ ﮔﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﮔـﺮوه آزﻣﺎﻳـﺸﻲ در 8 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ90 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ اي ﺑﺎ روﻳﻜﺮد ﮔﺎﺗﻔﺮدﺳﻮن ﺗﺤﺖ آﻣـﻮزش ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨــﺪ. ﻓﺮﺳــﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷــﻐﻠﻲ ﻣــﺸﺎرﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨــﺪﮔﺎن ﭘــﺲ از اﺟــﺮاي ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮي ﺷـﺪ داده ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﻪ وﺳـﻴﻠﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﻴـﻞ ﻛﻮوارﻳـﺎﻧﺲ و ﻛﻮوارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺗﻚ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮي ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧـﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ روﻳﻜﺮد ﻣﺤﺪودﻳﺖ و ﺳﺎزش ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺆﻟﻔـﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﻓﺮﺳـﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻲ، ﻣﺴﺦ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺖ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺷﺨـﺼﻲ ﻣـﺆﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this research wasto
effectiveness of training Gottfredson theory of
circumscription and compromise (GTCC) on the
burnout among the medical documentsstaff of the
Social Security Organization in Tehran. The research
was semi-experimental conducted using pretestposttest
and a control group.The population under
study consisted of all medical documentsemployees
of the Social Security Organization in Tehran(n=420)
amongwhich 30 people were selected randomly and
assigned in two groups (n=15). The experimental
groups receivedtraining with Gottfredson’s theory of
circumscription and compromise. One group was
considered as control group.The experimental groups
were trained in eight 90-minute sessions separately.
The participants’ burnout levels were measured after
the intervention. The collected data were analyzed
using covariance analysis. The results showed
thatGottfredson theory of circumscription and
compromisewas effective in reducing the frequency
and severity of the emotional exhaustion and
depersonalization, increase of personal
accomplishment.
