Scientific Growth Based on Free Thinking

آزادي و آزادانديشي از مهم ترين مباحثي است كه معركه آراء انديشمندان و سياستمداران مي باشد. برخي آن را ستوده و برخي نكوهيده اند. فارغ از مباحث نظري موضوع، مطالعه تاريخ تمدن اسلامي نشان مي دهد آزادانديشي تأثير بسزايي بر رونق تمدن اسلامي، در سده هاي اوج آن، داشته است. داعيه اين نوشتار اين است كه براي پيشرفت كشور و تحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي نيز بايستي به اين مقوله توجه جدي شود و بسترهاي در عرصه هاي گوناگون فرهنگي و علمي فراهم شود. چرايي و چگونگي اين امر مسئله اي است كه اين مقاله با روش توصيفي – تحليلي در پي پاسخگويي به آن مي باشد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد بالابودن ظرفيت حكومت از جنبه انتقادپذيري و برتافتن ديدگاه‌هاي دانشمندان و عالمان، رونق فرهنگ نقد و نقادي، جسارت علمي دانشمندان و شكستن مرزهاي دانش، و همچنين تحقق كرسي‌هاي آزادانديشي و نظريه‌پردازي از راه كارهاي تحقق آزادانديشي در كشور است كه عملي شدن آن ها قطعاً پيشرفت علمي كشور را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

One of the important indices of the developed countries is constant science production. With not considering the theoretical issues, studying the Islamic culture and civilization shows that free thinking has had a considerable effect on the growth of the Islamic civilization in its superior ages. The aim of this paper is that this category should be considered seriously for the development and occurrence of the modern Islamic civilization and it is provided spaces in the different cultural and scientific fields. This paper is going to answer the whatness and how is a subject with the analytic and descriptive method. Out comings show that increasing the capacity of the government from the aspect of receiving criticism and accepting scholars' opinions, the development of the culture of the criticism and criticizing and the intellectuals'' braveness and cross science boards also the occurrence of the chairs of free thinking and theory building which to fulfil these, it will certainly follow the scientific progress.
