ارزيابي و تست قابليت استفاده طراحي واسط كاربر براي سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي اورژانس بيمارستان

Evaluation of user interface design and usability testing for Hospital’s emergency information systems

زمينه و هدف اورژانس بيمارستان بخش پيچيدهاي است كه در آن مبارزه ميان مرگ و زندگي تنها به اندازه يك نفس كشيدن است. اين بخش داراي مشكلاتي همچون ازدحام بيش از حد، زمان انتظار طولاني و هزينه هاي خيلي زياد است. بر اين اساس كاهش زمان انتظار، پايين آوردن هزينه ها و كوتاه كردن تاخيرهاي مراقبت از بيمار، جزء مسايل مهم تحقيقاتي شده است. بنابراين، امروزه بيشتر بيمارستانها براي مديريت داده هاي بيماران و بخش هاي مراقبتي از سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي استفاده ميكنند؛ زيرا، سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي سنتي ديگر پاسخگوي نيازهاي بخشهاي مختلف سلامت و پزشكي نيستند و از طرفي متقاعد كردن كاربران براي كنار گذاشتن آنها و استفاده از سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي نرم افزاري تقريبا دشوار است. لذا طراحي ساده و جذاب نرمافزار، كاربر را تشويق مي كند به راحتي با نرم افزار ارتباط برقرار كند و وظايف خود را به آسانترين شكل انجام دهد. بنابراين طراحي واسط كاربر مناسب، در اين به روزرساني و جايگزيني اهميت بسزايي دارد كه هدف در اين مقاله ارزيابي طراحي هاي واسط كاربر است. مواد و روش ها در اين مقاله 2 نمونه طراحي واسط كاربر براي بخش اورژانس در نظر گرفته شده كه يكي از آيكن براي نمايش دكمه و عمليات استفاده مي كند 1MEDS و واسط كاربر گرافيكي برپايه آيكن است و ديگري بدون آيكن 2 )MEDSI( واسط كاربر گرافيكي برپايه متن است. هدف، ارزيابي طراحي هاي انجام شده با استفاده از روشهاي ارزيابي معتبر و علمي است. نتايج با استفاده از ارزيابي ها اين نتيجه حاصل شد كه طراحي برپايه آيكن داراي قابليت استفاده بيشتري نسبت به طراحي برپايه متن است و در معيارهايي همچون رضايت كاربر، اثربخشي و قابليت آموزش نتيجه مطلوبتري داشته است. نتيجه گيري با استفاده از روش هاي گفته شده ميتوان نرمافزاري براي ساير سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي بخشهاي سلامت ايجاد كرد كه ميزان قابليت استفاده و مشكلات واسط كاربر نرمافزار را شناسايي ميكند و طراحان سيستم ميتوانند قبل از صرف هزينه هاي زياد و استقبال كم از سوي كاربران، نسبت به رفع آن اقدام كنند.

Background Hospital is a complex unit where the fight between life and death is just as much a breathe. This section contains problems like overcrowding, long waiting times and high costs . Accordingly, reducing the waiting time, lower cost and shorter delays to patient care became important issues for research. So, todays more hospitals use Information system for managing patient’s data. because traditional information system cannot response to the requirement of different health and medicine sectors. On the other convincing users for leaving traditional information system is almost difficult. So simple, attractive design software encourages users to communicate easily with the software, and do their job in the easiest way. Therefore, appropriate design of user interfaces, in this update and replacement is important and the purpose of this article is evaluating user interfaces. Materials & Methods In this paper, we developed two prototype user interfaces for emergency department that in one of them icons used to display the operation buttons (MEDSI) and is an icon-based graphical user interface, and the other with no icons and GUI (MEDS) that is based on text. The objective is to evaluate the design of information system with valid assessment and scientific methods. Downloaded from jhosp.tums.ac.ir at 6:48 IRST on Wednesday November 21st 2018 5 Results According to evaluating methods, icon-based graphical user interface (MEDSI) has more usability than text-based user interface (MEDS) and in criterions like user satisfaction, effectiveness of the prototypes and learnability has better results. Conclusion We can develop software for other information systems with described methods that recognize usability and the problems of user interface and system designers can solve problems before spending high cost and refusing from users.
